{"id":3,"date":"2026-03-11T21:01:17","date_gmt":"2026-03-11T19:01:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/veteransof.com.ua\/?page_id=3"},"modified":"2026-06-09T11:58:15","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T08:58:15","slug":"privacy-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/veteransof.com.ua\/en\/privacy-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Privacy Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING<\/h2>\r\n<p>This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPolicy\u201d) defines the procedure for collecting, processing, storing, and protecting the personal data of users (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cData Subjects\u201d or \u201cCustomers\u201d) of the online store website <a href=\"https:\/\/veteransof.com.ua\/\">https:\/\/veteransof.com.ua<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cWebsite\u201d).<\/p>\r\n<p>The terms used in this Policy shall have the meanings provided by this Policy, the Public Agreement (Offer) (active link), and, in the absence of a specific definition, by applicable law.<\/p>\r\n<p>The controller and processor of personal data is <strong>Veteran SOF LLC<\/strong> (EDRPOU 46123130, registered address: 20A Ivan Vyhovskoho St., Kyiv, 04136, Ukraine), hereinafter referred to as the \u201cCompany\u201d.<\/p>\r\n<p>This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Personal Data Protection\u201d and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union in order to ensure maximum transparency and information security.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.1.<\/strong> To ensure the operation of the Website and fulfill its obligations to Customers, the Company may collect the following data:<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Identification Data:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Last name, first name, patronymic (if applicable).<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Contact Data:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Mobile phone number;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Email address;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Delivery address (postal address, carrier branch number).<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Financial Data:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Payment information;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Bank account number in IBAN format (collected only when required for product refunds).<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>The Company does not collect or store full payment card details (CVC\/CVV codes, expiration dates). Such information is processed exclusively by certified payment service providers on their own systems.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Technical Data and Metadata (Cookies):<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>IP address;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Browser type;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Operating system;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Access time information;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Browsing and purchase history on the Website.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2.1.<\/strong> The Company processes personal data only when there is a lawful basis for doing so. The purposes of processing include:<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Conclusion and performance of a contract<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Processing orders;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Identifying the Customer;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Organizing logistics and product delivery.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>For these purposes, no additional Customer consent is required.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Compliance with the Company&#8217;s legal obligations<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Tax and accounting records;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Issuance of fiscal receipts (RRO\/PRRO);<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Retention of information necessary to protect consumer rights during the warranty period.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Marketing and communications<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Sending newsletters;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Promotional offers;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Discount codes via email, SMS, or messaging applications.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Such processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of the Customer\u2019s explicit and active consent (by selecting the relevant checkbox). This consent checkbox must be added to the order confirmation page.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>3. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>3.1.<\/strong> The Company does not sell or lease Customers&#8217; personal data.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>3.2.<\/strong> To fulfill its obligations, the Company may transfer the minimum necessary amount of data, without obtaining additional Customer permission, to the following categories of third parties:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Shipping companies and postal operators;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Financial institutions, banks, and payment service providers to facilitate payment transactions;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Government authorities of Ukraine, solely in cases expressly provided for by Ukrainian law and based on a duly justified request.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>4. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIODS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.1.<\/strong> Personal data shall be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, but no longer than required by applicable law.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.2.<\/strong> Data related to financial transactions and sales agreements shall be retained for three (3) years and for the periods established by the Tax Code of Ukraine for the storage of primary accounting documentation.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.3.<\/strong> Data processed on the basis of consent for marketing communications shall be retained until such consent is withdrawn by the Customer.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>5. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>5.1.<\/strong> In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has the right to:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Receive information regarding the conditions for access to their personal data;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Have unrestricted access to their personal data (including obtaining a copy of the data stored by the Company);<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Exercise the \u201cright to be forgotten\u201d by requesting deletion of personal data when processing is no longer necessary or when consent has been withdrawn (except where the Company is legally required to retain such data);<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Withdraw consent to receive marketing communications at any time by clicking the \u201cUnsubscribe\u201d link in an email or by contacting the Company directly.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>6. USE OF COOKIES<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>6.1.<\/strong> The Website uses cookies to ensure proper functionality, maintain shopping cart contents during navigation, and analyze website traffic.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>6.2.<\/strong> Upon the first visit to the Website, the Customer is given the opportunity to consent to the use of cookies or configure their browser to block them.<\/p>\r\n<p>Blocking technical (essential) cookies may result in the inability to place an order.<\/p>\r\n<p>(An active cookie policy link displayed in a pop-up window should be added to the Website.)<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>7.
